Service Dog Mesh Day Trip Pack Harness Vest

New redesigned features have been added to our Mesh Bag Vest Harness. This is a great harness style vest for carrying and transporting items that may hold moisture such as a dog water dish, water bottles, wet dog boots, towels, etc.  This Mesh Bag Vest has two zippered side bags that have a solid back and bottom but, top, front and sides are constructed from a double layer mesh.  This changed feature has strengthen the bags yet at the same time makes them easy to see into, light weight, and air can flow through the bags.  The bags have dimensions of 3” Deep, 11” Wide and 6” Tall. 

The top of the vest has a padded top plate making this stable and comfortable on the dog’s shoulder and back area.  On this top plate there is a molded rubber handle at the center.  There is a clear closing ID window pocket and 3 metal D-rings.  The larger center D-ring is for leash attachment and the 2 D-rings located at the back of the harness will accommodate a bridge style handle (sold separately). There is also a small zippered mesh expanding pocket that is perfect for small items like keys, poop bags, or pill bottle.

This is a sturdy wearing vest harness because of its two adjusting girth straps.  The back girth strap is slightly shorter than the front because most dogs are narrower at the flank than the chest. The girth straps are set close enough together that they should not bother the movement of a male dog. Two adjusting girth straps will stabilize what is carried in the bags, when fitted properly. When loading the bag’s, it always works best for the dog to try to evenly weight the bags.  Adjust the chest tight enough that the harness will sit just behind the dog’s front legs.  This will put the weight towards the dog’s shoulders and not on its lower back. Girth strap measurements are: the front girth strap fits from 29” to 39” and the back girth strap fits from 28” to 36”.

The front chest strap is a two-way adjusting strap which is very easy to bring in or let out for the size of the dog’s chest. Both sides of this vest have reflective materials on them an added safety feature.  The Mesh Bag Vest Harness comes with two patches of your choice.  It is offered in four colors.
